Licence

Last updated: 11 October 2026

Every copy of Freehold comes with a licence that says how many websites you may build with it. The template itself is the same under both: the same project, the same remix link, the same support.

Standard licence

One end product. Use the template to create one website, for yourself or for one client, and publish it commercially. A Standard licence is what you get when you buy on this site at the standard price, and it is the licence that comes with every purchase on the Framer Marketplace.

Agency licence

Up to five end products. Use the template to create up to five websites, for yourself or for up to five different clients, and publish each of them commercially. It suits a studio or freelancer building sites for several property brokers. The Agency licence is sold only on this site.

If you already bought a Standard licence and need more sites, write to support@freeholdtemplate.com with your order number: we will upgrade you for the difference in price.

What one "end product" means

One website on one primary domain, for one business — for example one brokerage. A staging copy or a second language of that same website does not count as another end product. A site for a different business does.

Under both licences you may not
