This policy explains what personal data Freehold ("we", "us") handles when you visit this site or buy Freehold, and why. Questions: support@freeholdtemplate.com.
What we collect, and from where
- When you buy. Checkout is run by our reseller, Creem, which is the merchant of record. The reseller collects your payment details; we never see your card number. We receive your name, email address, country, the order details and the amount paid, so that we can deliver the template and answer questions about your order.
- When you email us. Your email address and whatever you choose to write.
- When you browse this site. The site is hosted by Framer, which processes basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to serve pages and may produce aggregate, cookie-less visitor statistics. We do not run advertising trackers or sell data.
Why we use it
To deliver your purchase, provide support, handle refunds, keep records the law requires (for example for tax), and prevent fraud. The legal bases are performing our contract, legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in running the shop securely.
Who else processes it
- Creem — payments, tax, receipts and order records (creem.io).
- Framer — website hosting (framer.com).
- Our email provider — for support correspondence.
Each handles data under its own privacy policy. We do not share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require; support emails for as long as needed to help you, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion (subject to records we must keep by law), and you can object to processing. Write to support@freeholdtemplate.com. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new date.
