Refund Policy

Freehold is delivered instantly as a complete copy of the project, which you keep. Because it cannot be "returned", refunds work like this:
You will get a full refund if
- It doesn't work as described — something shown on the live demo (https://freehold-template.framer.website) or promised in the listing does not work in your copy, you report it within 14 days of purchase, and we cannot fix it or give you a working fix within 7 days of your report; or
- You were charged twice for the same purchase by mistake; or
- You never received the remix link and we cannot deliver it.
Refunds are not given for
- changing your mind after the remix link has been delivered;
- needing a paid Framer plan, custom domain or extra locale (see the listing's setup notes);
- features the template never claimed to have, or changes you have made to your copy.
How to ask
Email support@freeholdtemplate.com with your order number (from your receipt) and a short description — screenshots help. We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued through Creem to your original payment method; how long they take to appear depends on your bank.
