Terms of Service
Last updated: 11 October 2026
These terms cover the purchase of Freehold, a website template for Framer, sold by Freehold ("we", "us"), a licensed business operating from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By buying it you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, write to support@freeholdtemplate.com before you buy.
1. What you are buying
Freehold is a digital product: a complete Framer project (pages, components, CMS content, styles and code) that you copy into your own Framer workspace. It is delivered instantly after payment, as a Framer remix link shown on the order confirmation page and sent to the email address you used at checkout.
A live preview of exactly what you receive is at https://freehold-template.framer.website.
2. Payment
Payments are processed by our reseller, Creem, which acts as the merchant of record: it sells you the licence on our behalf, charges any tax due and issues your receipt. The reseller's buyer terms apply to the payment itself. The price is shown on the checkout page before you pay, and it is a one-time payment — there is no subscription.
3. Your licence
What you may build depends on the licence you bought. Both are explained in full in the Licence page, which forms part of these terms.
- Standard licence — one end product: one website, for yourself or for one client. Every copy bought through the Framer Marketplace is a Standard licence, matching the Single-Use Commercial License in the Framer Community Terms.
- Agency licence — up to five end products: five websites, for yourself or for up to five different clients. Sold only on this site.
Under either licence you may not resell, share, sub-license or redistribute the template, its remix link, or its components, images, video or code, whether modified or not, including as your own template; and you may not claim it as your own original work.
The demo content — the fictional brokerage "Freehold Estates", its listings, people, reviews and figures — is placeholder material. Replace it with your own before you publish.
4. What Framer charges you
Freehold runs on Framer. Publishing a site with a custom domain, removing the Framer badge, adding extra languages (the Arabic locale is included in the project) or exceeding the free plan's limits may require a paid Framer plan, which you buy from Framer directly. Those costs are not part of this purchase.
5. Updates
You receive the template as it stands on the day you buy it. Your copy is independent: improvements we make later are not pushed into it. We may, at our discretion, share updates with existing buyers.
6. Support
Support is by email at support@freeholdtemplate.com. We aim to reply within 3 business days. Support covers how the template works and fixing genuine defects in it; it does not cover building custom features, third-party services, or changes you have made.
7. Refunds
Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy.
8. Liability
The template is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version in force on the day you bought applies to your purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
